Removing the oil breather

Remove the fuel tank	L 2, Removing the fuel tank

Loosen the clamp (3) of the connection hose (4) to the oil breather valve (2).

Remove the tube (4) from the airbox (A).

Release and remove the oil breather valve (2) from the engine.

Check the O-ring (1) and replace as required.

Refitting the oil breather

Installation is a reversal of the removal procedure.

It is recommended to first lay down hose (4) into air box (A) and then set clamp (3) on breather valve (2).

On refitting, grease the O-ring (1) with the specified grease.

During removal and installation, keep the hose clamp oriented as originally fitted.
